Legal warranty Waren gelten als mangelhaft, wenn sie beschädigt empfangen wurden oder wenn innerhalb von zwei Jahren nach dem Kauf ein Herstellungsfehler auftritt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Artikel, die durch Abnutzung, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Sturz, Feuer oder Wasserschäden beschädigt wurden, nicht als defekt gelten. Wenn Sie die Ware beschädigt erhalten haben ("sichtbarer Mangel"), bittet Jeune Premier Sie, diesen Mangel zusammen mit einem Foto des Mangels und dem Kaufbeleg innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach Lieferung zu melden. Jeune Premier wird sich dann mit dem Kunden in Verbindung setzen, um den kostenlosen Ersatz und/oder die Reparatur des defekten Artikels zu veranlassen. Tritt innerhalb von zwei Jahren nach dem Kauf ein Herstellungsfehler auf, der zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung vernünftigerweise nicht bekannt sein konnte ("versteckter Mangel"), bittet Jeune Premier darum, diesen Mangel so schnell wie möglich, mindestens jedoch innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach seiner Entdeckung, zusammen mit einem Foto des Mangels und dem Kaufbeleg zu melden. In einem solchen Fall kann sich der Kunde auf unsere Garantiebestimmungen berufen, und Jeune Premier wird sich mit dem Kunden in Verbindung setzen, um den kostenlosen Ersatz und/oder die Reparatur des defekten Artikels zu veranlassen.

Die normalen Kosten der Rücksendung gehen in diesen Fällen zu Lasten von Jeune Premier."
