Hello! Can you check it for me please. I still haven’t received my order #01415093809345. I received mail that my order was delivered, but I still haven’t received it ( It was a Christmas gift for my daughter (( I am very disappointed, I always bought your products without problems, and then this happened also for the holidays

It’s loved an daily used but it’s a bit too bulky and heavy for my 7-year-old but she’s never complained because she loves it. It’s perfect and sturdy and can fit everything that is needed.
